Welcome to Mzion Hotel. By using mzionhotel.com (“the Site”) you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About the service
Mzion Hotel is an independent editorial publication of hotel reviews across the USA and Canada. We are not a travel agency, we do not sell accommodation and we do not act as an intermediary between guest and hotel.
2. Use of materials
All text, photography (except images licensed from Unsplash and other open sources), design and code on the Site belong to Mzion Hotel or are used under licence.
- Allowed: reading, quoting with an active link back to the source (up to 500 characters), sharing on social networks.
- Prohibited: commercial use, full reprinting and modification of materials without the editor's written consent.
3. Accuracy of information
We make every effort to keep information about hotels, prices and services accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is always correct. Rates, room availability and services change without notice — always confirm the details on the hotel's official website before booking.
4. External links
The Site may include links to third-party resources. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their operation, privacy practices or commercial offers.
5. User conduct
When interacting with the Site (comments, contact form, newsletter) you may not:
- Post insults, hate speech or threats.
- Submit advertising, spam or phishing links.
- Attempt to disrupt the Site, bypass security or gain unauthorised access.
- Use automated tools to scrape data without written permission.
We reserve the right to remove any content and block users who violate these rules.
6. Accounts and subscriptions
Email-newsletter subscription is free and can be cancelled at any time via the link in every email, or by writing to hello@mzionhotel.com.
7. Limitation of liability
Mzion Hotel shall not be liable for:
- Booking decisions made on the basis of our reviews.
- Changes in hotel rates, services or policies.
- Indirect damages, lost profits or moral harm arising from use of the Site.
- Temporary unavailability of the Site due to maintenance or external events.
The Site is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties.
8. Third-party intellectual property
Hotel names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. Mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document — our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by international information-services law. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, jurisdiction lies at Mzion Hotel's place of registration.
